Animal Kingdom posted his second straight 59-and-change workout on the turf at the Palm Meadows Training Center in Boynton Beach on Feb. 1 and trainer Grahma Motion immediately tweeted where the 3-year-old champion of 2011 will make his long-awaited return.

Motion said the colt by Leroidesanimaux will probably make his 4-year-old debut at Tampa Bay Downs on Feb. 25 in the Gr. III, $150,000 Tampa Bay Stakes on the grass at Tampa Bay Downs. The trainer said that would appear to be the most logical spot to prep for his first main objective, the $10 million Dubai World Cup in March. Animal Kingdom has had six timed works in recent weeks, three on the main track at Fair Hill Training Center in Maryland and the last three over the Palm Meadows turf course.
