It’s No Joke, a multiple graded stakes winner by leading sire Distorted Humor, has relocated to Florida to the new Stonewall Farm Ocala for the 2010 breeding season and will stand for $2,500 stands and nurses.
A grand-looking near-black horse, It’s No Joke comes to Florida as the only son at stud by the world-class sire Distorted Humor out of a graded stakes-winning mare. No other son of Distorted Humor at stud can boast that, as It’s No Joke hails from the Personal Flag mare It’s Personal – a multiple graded stakes winner.
It’s No Joke himself was a tremendous racehorse, winning the seven of 16 starts including the Ack Ack H. (G3) at a one-turn mile at Churchill Downs and the Hawthorne Gold Cup H. (G2) at 1 1/8 miles. It’s No Joke boasted four triple-digit Beyers including a 107, and he bankrolled $685,612 on the track before retiring to Stonewall Stallions in Versailles, Ky.
After standing his first three seasons at Stonewall Stallions, It’s No Joke relocates to Stonewall Farm Ocala. He stood the 2009 season for $5,000. His first runners will be 2-year-olds of 2010.
