Considerate achieved one of the most difficult race feats in the sport on Dec. 1, battling head-and-head for the lead every step of the way in a one-mile test over a yielding Aqueduct turf course, and still prevailing at the finish. That's what the 4-year-old daughter of Leroidesanimaux did under Corey Nakatani, first going toe-to-toe with Upper East Side, then with Queen's Harbor when that filly took up the chase. Neither was a match for Considerate, who turned away both and won by 1 1/4 lengths.
Considerate earned $27,000 in the field of eight New York-breds, and boosted her career total to $142,976.
