Triple Great came from last place in a seven-horse field racing a mile and 70 yards on Oct. 20 and ran down the 9/10 favorite in the final sixteenth, scoring by 1 1/4 lengths. The 3-year-old Greatness filly bred by Carl T. Bowling collected a check for $9,000.
